The 2023 BNS/BCS FALL BOOK FAIR is scheduled to be in the HEALTH STUDIO, ROOM 124, from 8:10 am – 4:00 pm, from MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 18, to THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 21. There will be Special Hours at the 2023 BNS/BCS FALL BOOK FAIR from 4:00 pm – 5:30 pm, on TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 19.

Welcome to the 2023–2024 school year at BNS! We hope you and your family have had an enjoyable summer and are ready to come together for an amazing year of learning and community. The start of school brings new teachers, new classrooms, and of course, new friends.

The BNS Farm Stand starts September 20 from 2pm-4pm.

The next ride on Bergen is Wednesday, June 14, and it is going to be big (and include several leaders from NYC government!). If you want to ride, next week is the moment to get started.

Starting NOW and for the next week (through Sunday, June 18), you can bid on one (or more!) of the fantastic items donated by the generous BNS community and our neighbors around Brooklyn.

Your PTA is excited to announce our inaugural BNS Night Out, a purely social event open to all adults (both parents/caregivers and staff).

Parents and caregivers are welcome to join us Friday, June 16 for a special day that celebrates the learning of all our children.

Student-voice: the thing we hope students who attend BNS will leave knowing they have it and how to use it. We encourage students to advocate for what they need and want.

Welcome back from Spring Break! We hope you had an enjoyable, restful week off. We've got lots of exciting spring events coming up, plus planning has already begun for end of year events - though it's hard to believe, the end of school year will be here before we know it!
