PTA Newsletter | No. 22

Dear BNS Families,

We are in the home stretch with just more than a month remaining of school! Thank you to everyone who joined us in person and virtually (for the online auction!). The Spring Auction was a great success: It brought together families to celebrate and raise funds for the school. Stay tuned for a recap and photos!

Remember: We're always here for you! Reach out to your PTA presidents with questions, concerns or feedback (richambler@gmail.com and mahshad.vakili@gmail.com).

Sincerely,
Your BNS PTA

The BNS Spring Auction (Bid Bash) was a Hit!

A big thank you to all the families that contributed to this effort, including Nicole Galluccio for coordinating the donations. A fantastic time was had by all at the BNS Spring Fling /Bid Bash on Thursday evening. Over 200 parents and a number of BNS teachers and staff turned up for a fun night out and perfect weather! Folks enjoyed the A free bar, including margaritas for cinco de mayo contributed to the revelry as the auction bidding gathered pace through the evening. The live auction of BNS eggs and vintage t-shirts was a big highlight as was the BNS crew vibing to "Before I Let go".. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1VT6oXWtXKqwd9eneAg_Dsj_Rt-zkMExm/view?usp=sharing

A big thanks to Jon Glaser for his special guest appearance, to all those parents who donated something for the auction, & a massive thanks to all the volunteers who helped make this event a very special night. Firstly to all the volunteers on the night, and to DJs Tief, Mark & Waichi, and especially to Nicole Galuccio, Elizabeth Stoltenberg, Sara Gable, Laura Wood, Abby Reilly, Valerie English, Anna-Catherine Rutledge and Mahshad Hall.
