BNS FEST

You are invited to a fabulous soirée featuring the musical talents of our own BNS families! Join us on Saturday, October 26th from 5-10pm at one of Brooklyn’s coolest music venues, Mama Tried located at 787 3rd Ave in Sunset Park, for our very first BNSFest, a benefit concert for Brooklyn New School. The stellar lineup of performers includes:

• Dan Friel (parent of a 2024 BNS grad!)

• Ana Egge (parent of a 5th grader!)

• Love, Burns (featuring Kenny Wachtel, parent of a 1st grader!)

• Sloppy Heads (featuring Ariella Stok, parent of a 1st grader!)

• Grand Gesture (ft Alex Stimmel, BNS teacher, and parent of 5th and 1st graders!)

• James McNew (parent of a 1st grader!)

• Maya Solovéy (parent of a 1st grader!)

We strongly believe that no one should stay home because of cost. We also need to meet our ambitious $430-per-student funding goals for the 2024-2025 school year. Please be as generous with your donation as you can, but know that we welcome contributions at whatever level is comfortable for your family.

All donations will directly support programming & supplies at BNS. 

Thanks to the generosity of our venue Mama Tried, a portion of the bar proceeds for the event will go to Friends of BNS as well, so come and raise a glass together!
