Letter from Leadership - 6

The PTA needs you!

General PTA Meeting, Tuesday March 19 8:20am, room 124

We're looking to fill a few critical roles with graduating parents.

  • Merch Coordinator: We need a Merch Chair to help with ordering new merch, tracking inventory, and helping at occasional merch sales. Tracey, our current Merch Chair, has a graduating 5th Grader. Without this, we won't have BNS Merch next year!
  • Konstella Admin: We're looking for someone who can help manage Konstella. The work is largely helping admin post events and announcements to Konstella and getting classrooms set up at the beginning of the year. If you're looking to help, but it's hard to make it to school, this is a great opportunity to do something offsite and is flexible in when you do it!

Created by celebrated crochet artist Taryn (Organ) Urushido (parent of Azusa, 1st grade), and co-led by Mahshad Vakili Hall (parent of Ruby, 2nd grade), the Arts Committee hopes to create events and opportunities for parents and families to participate in the enriching and inspiring art of handmade craft, and bring these life skills back into the home to build meaningful memories and mementos with our children.
